YAKIMA -- Washington Avenue will be closed at the railroad tracks Monday starting at 6:30 a.m. and will reopen Wednesday around 5:30 p.m. Motorists will need to use First Street to access the east side of the tracks or Third Avenue for the west side of the tracks.
