(WHAS11) - A 21-year-old former Salvation Army bell ringer is dead after being struck and killed by a train. It happened in Georgetown, Kentucky in Scott County. GEORGETOWN, Ky. (AP) — A young Salvation Army bell ringer has been struck and killed by a train. Scott County Coroner John Goble identified the victim as 21-year-old Cory Ross of Georgetown.
