EMLENTON, Pa. -- The first blush of fall has enveloped some of the most popular tree-lined recreation trails in the northwestern part of Pennsylvania. More colors will emerge by the end of the month along the Oil Creek State Park Trail, the Samuel Justus Trail, the Sandy Creek Trail and the Allegheny River Trail. Each one is paved, 8 feet wide and built on former railroad rights-of-way.
