Man accused of sexual assault on Metro and on Boston subway
A Bethesda man has been accused by police of being involved in two sexual assault incidents — one aboard Boston’s subway and the other on a Metro train. Timothy Day was arraigned Monday in Suffolk Superior Court in Boston on a single count of indecent assault and battery for a 2004 incident on that city’s subway. Read full article >> |

Update: Suffolk street reopened after train got stuck on tracks
SUFFOLK The 300 block of E. Washington Street has been reopened after a train got stuck on the tracks earlier today. A repair crew worked on the problem, according to a city news release. Pilot writer Jennifer Jiggetts contributed to this report. |
