PORT JERVIS – Commuters on the Port Jervis New Jersey Transit Rail Line are being bused to the Beacon train station to catch the Metro-North rails to work in New York City. The Western Orange County line was heavily damaged by Hurricane Irene last week and Metro-North is sending passengers from Port Jervis and Middletown to Dutchess County to catch a ride on their Hudson Line trains.
