rail line operated by New Jersey Transit (NJT) between Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Atlantic City, New Jersey, operating along the corridor of the White Horse Pike. It runs over trackage that was controlled by both the Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) and the Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Lines. It shares trackage with SEPTA and Amtrak on the Northeast Corridor (NEC) until it crosses the Delaware River on its own Delair Bridge into New Jersey. The Atlantic City Line also shares the right-of-way with the PATCO Speedline between Haddonfield and Lindenwold, New Jersey. |

Hope, Ark. — Thomas Maurice Adams, 88, of Hope, formerly of Camden, died Monday, December 26, 2011, at a local hospital. He retired as a rate clerk from the railroad. He was an avid piano player and refurbished furniture. |

MARC train delays on two lines
Maryland Area Regional Commuter train passengers on the Brunswick and Camden lines may experience delays this morning. According to the Maryland Transit Administration, Brunswick Line passengers may experience 10- to 20-minute delays between Silver Spring and Union Station.
