That either means his grasp of geography matches the national stereotype or the most successful athlete in Olympic history is targeting another multi-garlanded Games come London and all its 49ft of altitude. |

Authorities trying to identified a man who was found riding a Metro-North train to Croton, N.Y., but is not speaking. Doctors at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., examined him. He appears to be healthy, but is not responding to questions, a spokesperson said in a statement. |
