A 38-year-old Ritzville woman was struck by an Amtrak train and killed Wednesday night. Angela Ann Leon was walking across the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe main line around 10:25 p.m. She was about 100 feet east of the Adams Street crossing when she was hit by the eastbound train, which was traveling 50 mph, the Ritzville Police Department said. |
