October 20 2011 - Waltham man arrested in assault on woman on commuter train
A 47-year-old Waltham man is facing charges that he smeared blood on a woman on a commuter train and threatened to rape her. David Carpenter was arrested at the downtown Natick commuter rail station on Sunday. Carpenter had boarded the inbound train from Worcester at 7 p.m. at the Framingham station, said Scott Farmelant, a spokesman for the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad. |
