Carlisle Road in Lower Allen Township will be closed on Monday
Public works crews will replace a storm water pipe at the railroad underpass. The pipe replacement is being done in advance of road resurfacing by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The project also is expected to reduce the amount of flooding in the area during heavy rain. |
