NEAR SANDPOINT-- A train carrying grain derailed in Bonners Ferry, Idaho Saturday morning as a result of rising water. It happened around 9:00 a.m. near the Colburn Colver Road, just north of Sandpoint. The train tracks were completely washed out by the water, which caused the train to fall. (BONNERS FERRY, Idaho) -- Authorities say a train hit a car near Bonners Ferry Monday morning, killing the driver. It happened at just after 8 a.m., at a private crossing south of Bonners Ferry.
