A Fatality on Highway 99 in Tulare County
A 47-year-old Tulare man died early Saturday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 99 in Tulare County . The unidentified man was driving a 2004 Toyota Tacoma southbound on 99 near Merritt Avenue at 70 mph when the truck began to swerve and the man tried to correct his vehicle.
