Woodburn police have identified a man hit and killed by a train Sunday afternoon. Woodburn Police Sgt. John Mikkola said Jose Guadalupe Perez-Lopez, 38, was hit while crossing the tracks on his way to church. Mikkola said it appears the incident was accident.
