SPRING LAKE — A 15-year-old boy has been struck and killed just north of NJ Transit's Spring Lake station in Monmouth County. Transit spokesman John Durso Jr. says the boy was hit by an eastbound New Jersey Coast Line train at about 10 p.m. Wednesday.
