Why do the CORP (Central Oregon & Pacific Railroad) railroad guys keep dozens of unused, rusting rail cars sitting on the sidings in Ashland? I would think that the cars have some use somewhere and that they'd no longer be a public nuisance as they currently appear to be. Not to mention that they seem to be an eyesore.
