Police have identified the Delaware County woman who was struck and killed by a SEPTA train Wednesday morning. Just after 6 a.m., Yvonne M. Cephas, 65, of Rose Lane in Lansdowne, was hit by the inbound commuter train at the crossing at Union Avenue, just north of the Lansdowne station.
