David Donoley, president and Chief Executive Officer of Arkansas-Oklahoma Railroad Co., said he is optimistic the proposed railroad between McAlester and Shawnee will not only be an excellent vehicle for commerce and agriculture, but will also produce a lot of industrial jobs as well.
