LAWRENCE — A Methuen man danced in a crosswalk and refused to move for an ambulance responding to an emergency early on Sunday, police said. Officer Carl Farrington was flagged down by a motorist at Parker and Merrimack Streets about 1:10 a.m. and the driver told him his car had been hit by rocks near the railroad bridge on Parker Street. |
